INGREDIENTS
Coriander, Red Chilli, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Fenugreek, Salt,..etc.
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Step 1 - Clean and cut 1 kg of fish in to 1/2 inch Cubes Rub Pieces with 1/2 tsp Turmeric | 1/2 of salt and marinate for 15 mins
Step 2 - Squeeze the 100g of Tamarind Pulp | Keep aside
Step 3 - Heat 3-4 tsp of Oil | Add 1/2 tsp Mustard, 1/2 tsp Cumin, Curry Leaves, 4 Red Chillies | Saute well & Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala | Tamarind Pulp | 1/2 tsp Turmeric | 1 tsp Koora karam or Red Chilli Powder | 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste | Salt to taste cook & saute well for 10 mins | Add 2-3 tsp One Spices Fish Curry Masala & Marinated Fish Cubes until cook for 10 mins | Finally add chopped coriander | Serve it
