INGREDIENTS
Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Red chilli, Curry leaves, Hing, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Salt... etc.,
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Step 1 - 150 g toordhal |ย 1 1/2 liter of waterr | 1 tsp oil | 1/2 tsp of turmeric cook well & crush it
Step 2 - Add 50 g of tamarind pulp
Step 3 - Heat pan & take 3 - 4 tsp of oil add vegetables | Fry for 2 mins | After add required water, salt chilli powder & jaggery | Cooked it for 3 mins | After add crushed toordhal pulp, 20 g ofย 2 - 3 tsp of One Spices Sambar powder | Cooked for 10 mins
Step 4 - Finally heat 2 tsp oil in a pan | Add seasoning mustard, cumin, curry leaves, red chilli, chopped coriander | Serve with rice or idle...
