INGREDIENTS
Red chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel seeds, Black pepper, Whole Garam Masala, Salt, Ginger, Garlic,...etc.
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Step 1 - Take 1 kg chicken without skin | Clean the chicken with Turmeric and salt
Step 2 - Take chicken in a bowl | Add 1 Lemon Juice & Required salt apply it for 2 mins | Keep aside marinade it for a hour
Step 3 - Add 8-10 tbsps of Curd in a bowl | Add 4-5 tbsps of One Spices Tandoori Masala, 4-5 tbsps of Ginger garlic paste, 2-3 tsps. of Red chilli powder, Required salt & 1/2 lemon juice mix well | Take chicken & Apply Gently every edge of chicken | Marnade it for 2*3 hours | Keep aside
Step 4 - Heat ghee in a pan | Add chicken marinated pieces one by one & Fry it both side in medium flame for 15 - 20 mins | Serve it hot with Mayonnaise or Mint chutney & Onion Salad
