Where you stand if a spice order doesn't work out — cancellation windows, what can and can't be returned, and how to reach us.

Thank you for shopping at onespices.store, operated by One Spices. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns below. The following terms apply to any products purchased with us.
01 — Interpretation
Definitions
Capitalized terms below carry the same meaning whether singular or plural. For the purposes of this policy:
02 — Before dispatch
Your order cancellation rights
You're entitled to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, without giving any reason. The cancellation deadline is 2 hours from the time you placed the order — no cancellation is possible once the product has shipped.
How to cancel
Tell us your decision with a clear statement, by either:

We'll reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to order — at no extra cost to you.
03 — After delivery
Conditions for returns
For goods to be eligible for return, all of the following must be true:
- Purchased within the last 7 days — return requests must be made inside that window
- Still in their original packaging
- The bill must be presented, and the product must not be completely consumed
- We do not offer product exchanges, only returns
- ✓Regular priced goods only
- ✓Returned within 7 days of purchase
- ✓Items still sealed in original packaging
- ✓Bill presented, product not fully consumed
- ✕All food products — no exceptions
- ✕Customized or personalized orders
- ✕Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
- ✕Items past their expiry, or mixed inseparably with other goods
- ✕Goods purchased on sale
We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn't meet these conditions, at our sole discretion. Eligible refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10–15 days. Where local law doesn't permit the sale-goods exclusion, that exclusion won't apply to you.

Returning goods
Returning goods is at your own cost and risk. Please send items to:

We can't take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit back to us, so we recommend using an insured, trackable courier. A refund can't be issued without confirmed receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.
