Step 1 - Soak 500g Basmati rice for 30 mins
Step 2 - Heat the 3-4 tsp's of oil or ghee | Add one by one chopped onions, Tomatoes & Green chilli | Add Whole Garam Masala,Β Ginger garlic paste, Coconut paste, Chopped coriander, Mint leaves & 1 cup Curd saute well until brown | After add 3-4 tsp's (20 g) One Spices Biryani Masala mix well | Add required water, Salt, Lemon Juice, 500 g Chicken or Mutton or 250 g Vegetables cook for 20 mins | After Socked Basmati rice cook for 20 mins | Your Choice Biryani Ready ...
