INGREDIENTS
Corn Flour, Maida, Garam Masala, Black Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Salt,...etc.
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Step 1 - Take 1 Liter of water in a utensil and add 3-4 lemons juice with required salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric in it | After add 1 kg cleaned fish pieces, then marinated 30 mins | (Fish pieces made in this way can be stored for up to 7 - 10 days | Fry when desired )
Step 2 - Remove fish pices from the lemon juice keep it aside for 3 mins | After that apply on the both sides of fish pieces One Spicesย Fish fry masala, Keep it aside 5 mins
Step 3 - Heat 3-4 tsp's of oil in a fry pan, Fry the marinated fish pieces both rides 3-4 mins on medium flame | After Sprinkleย One Spices mixed masala on the fried fish pieces | Serve it hot
